Edwards & Co Acquire Bolton Industrial Unit for Private Clients

Acting on behalf of private clients, Edwards & Co acquired an 18,184 sq ft industrial unit in Bolton for £1,510,000, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.25%.

The Print Hub, situated on Wingates Industrial Estate, is a modern, well specified self-contained unit let on a new 10 year lease to BHW Group Ltd at an annual rent of £100,000.
