SAVILLS TAKES ON MORE SPACE AT BELVEDERE

Property consultancy Savills has expanded its Manchester operation by taking on more space at Belvedere on Booth Street.

The company agreed a lease on a 2,400 sq ft suite, taking its total footprint at the building to 16,400 sq ft.

James Evans, head of Savills Manchester, said: "Savills has consistently grown and evolved in Manchester since first opening our doors as a small team of three in 1996.

"Our expansion within Belvedere reflects the ongoing growth of both our head count and service offer, as well as our aspirations to continue developing Savills presence in the city."

More than 240 Savills employees are based at Belvedere. Edwards & Co acted for landlord Deka.
