Altrincham Business Park has seen one of South Manchester’s largest office sales this year, with engineering consultants, EASL, completing the purchase of the long leasehold interest in Unit 2 Edward Court, Altrincham Business Park.
Acting on behalf of Frogmore Real Estate Partners, Edwards & Co the Manchester based property consultants achieved a sale value of £1,200,000 for the 8,000 sq.ft. self-contained office building built in 2000.
Antony Hurst, Managing Director of EASL, comments “we are delighted to have relocated our offices from Altrincham town centre to the business park as it better suits our evolving business requirements by providing us with high quality grade A office accommodation with generous car parking provisions, good public transport links, excellent access to local retail / leisure amenities and convenient for local, national and international transport links including road, rail and air.”

The units provide flexible floor plates that are designed to meet individual occupier needs in one of South Manchester’s most sought after towns. Furthermore, the scheme gives occupiers a unique opportunity to buy in a secure managed estate”.

Current occupiers on the business park include Milner Boardman, Thermo Electron Limited, National Grid Wireless Limited, Jarvis Construction and Printerland.
